Instead of writing an article with a lot charts, I thought I would post my Facebook live instead. Sometimes hearing a discussion about a subject is easier to understand than trying to analyze charts. Tomorrow I will be speaking at the 4th Annual NAWRB Nexus Conference: http://www.nawrb.com/conference-2017/
I will be discussing the economic outlook for the U.S. and the housing market. This discussion will be similar to the talk I gave to the California Association of Realtor conference earlier this year.
Also, in September I will be speaking at the 2017 Americatalyst Conference. As always the list of speakers are very impressive for this conference.
