Instead of writing an article with a lot charts, I thought I would post my Facebook live instead. Sometimes hearing a discussion about a subject is easier to understand than trying to analyze charts. For the chart lovers, don’t fear.  There are plenty of charts in the comment section to go with the verbal discussion.

Tomorrow I will be speaking at the 4th Annual NAWRB Nexus Conference: http://www.nawrb.com/conference-2017/

I will be discussing the economic outlook for the U.S. and the housing market.  This discussion will be similar to the talk I gave to the California Association of Realtor conference earlier this year.

Also, in September I will be speaking at the 2017 Americatalyst Conference. As always the list of speakers are very impressive for this conference.

I spoke at Americatalyst last year and it was a wonderful experience.

  1. I’ve been reading your posts a lot since I came upon your site a couple months ago. Being new to residential real estate and thus your side of things, language (vocabulary) had been a big hinderance for me from gaining understanding and at a good pace.

I was wondering if you could recommend any books or other material that will help me grasp the language and concepts you regularly use in your posts. I do always keep a dictionary by my side and I research key phrases that are vague to me. But, maybe there is a single source that I can drink from a water hose.
