Regarding the rental inflation we have seen in America, it isn’t shock to me. Demographics = demand and early in 2021 before core CPI took off, this was something I was mindful about.
Also, last year with USA Today. Remember, we had the best housing demographics ever recorded in history from 2020-to 2024, and not everyone can buy a home. Especially in a low inventory environment, you need somewhere to live.
