Today’s podcast goes over the topic of sellers vs. buyers and who is going to win this war. Right now, I believe certain sellers are stingy with their prices, while some just left the market as new listing data has declined since the end of June. However, it’s almost toward the end of the year, and seasonality is about to kick in with inventory, so the real battle comes in the spring of 2023.
