Today’s podcast goes over the recent spat of positive housing data, which I am still calling just a stabilization period from a deep dive, but have existing home sales bottomed here? We have a report tomorrow, which I still believe is backward-looking, so we are not looking for good numbers in December. However, since the waterfall dive in demand brought existing home sales toward my crucial line in the sand of 4,000,000, I address this topic today.

Once a month, we try to have a live on-air podcast on the Circle; if you would like to attend, here is a link for that event https://hwplus.circle.so/c/hw/live-with-sarah-and-logan-c78369
I am no longer writing for my blog; all my work can be found at HousingWire; you can use my LoganVIP20 code to join HousingWire Plus. Also, I can’t join Twitter Spaces, a podcast, or an interview unless it goes through Press@HWMedia.com first.
Our HousingWire weekly tracker comes out every Monday and is designed to keep you updated with current and forward-looking housing data lines. This way, you won’t focus on old data once a market turns positive or negative.
