Podcast: Why Housing Inventory Bottoms Later In the Year.

Today’s podcast goes over something I should have discussed earlier in the year with the HousingWire Market Tracker Report. Housing Inventory data bottoming out later in the year is very abnormal; it used to bottom out in January, and sometimes between January/February, we might see the low. However, bottoming out in March & April is not normal. This podcast discusses why I believe this is the case and why we have seen inventory fall so far in February.

I am no longer writing for my blog; all my work can be found at HousingWire; you can use my LoganVIP20 code to join HousingWire Plus. Also, I can’t join Twitter Spaces, a podcast, or an interview unless it goes through Press@HWMedia.com first.

Today I try my best to explain why the Builder’s confidence is rising and why their stocks have done so well recently. I also talk about today’s Housing Starts report.
