The confusion here is that many bearish wall street firms or stock traders have used the builder’s confidence data as their lead into a recession and out. Well, it’s a bit complicated now since the builder’s confidence index has bounced hard.




On another note, today, the existing home sales report came out, and yes, we are back to the Savagely Unhealthy Market again, as the days on the market are back at a teenager level, which I wrote about here.
