
With data now compiled over two years with mortgage rates trending between 6%-8%, we have a better idea of what rate level we need to stick to have growth in existing home sales from these depressed levels. The key is that I am using the lowest bar ever in sales to work from, but we have good evidence now of what it will take to bounce sales and have it stick.
