2025 Housing Market Insights: Inventory and Mortgage Spreads

In today’s podcast, I share my thoughts on how happy I am with the current state of the existing home sales market, thanks to the increase in inventory for 2025. I’ve also been focusing on mortgage spreads since the end of 2023. Not surprisingly, these spreads have become a positive factor in the mortgage rate landscape for 2025, especially when considering how much worse the situation could have been.
